Vincent D'Onofrio presents The George Gerkie Cowboy Experience with special guest Sam Bisbee in a benefit for The Heroes Health Project

Joe's Pub July 22nd 7pm
The Heroes Health Project
is an extraordinary foundation set up to provide unique help through a successful detoxification program to uniformed personnel who suffer as a result of toxic exposure while in the line of duty. Thousands of police officers and firefighters exposed to toxic methamphetamine labs and soldiers exposed to burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan are suffering.

It is our intent to help those who have put their lives on the line for their community and country and who have put the welfare of others before their own. They were the heroes we looked to whenever help was needed and who, in providing that help, lost their own health and quality of life.

It is time to give back. We owe them. Please join us in this worthwhile endeavor by donating to the cause.

Any fan of Vincent D'Onofrio would know that New York is his Hollywood. It's just great to see him giving back in such a personal way - kodos!

I know several people who have already booked their tickets, some even crossing the Atlantic to go. I just wish I could join them.

All my admiration to Vincent for what he's doing for this cause.

only heard about this Project via VDO fans, Ive been reading up on the official site, not only do they put their lives on the line for us but then to see what they have to go through is just sp very sad. It's great to see you and your family supporting and helping this project. I live In Australia and Vincent is one of my fave actors and I am planning a trip to NYC next year and could think of nothing moire exciting than to see The George Gerkie Experience so I'm hoping he will do another show next year and I would organise my trip around it so I could seeit. Ive been watching others video's on youtube and been highly amused.
Thanks for sharing your stories with us.
