Family Bond

Our family bond helped us with a grueling two day custody trial to keep our darling niece, Soleil under Mom's custody. Toni, Vincent, Erin, Hawk and myself all testified on how well Soleil is doing under Mom's care and how we are Soleil's family. It was a very tiring and trying time. We all broke down in tears when the judge came through for us. Having the family all together was bittersweet. We had a great time, but also a grueling time. Everyone went home now, although Erin is staying a couple of extra days to spend with her sister. Yesterday, we relaxed on the beach. Back to work for me today with a workshop this afternoon and a night shoot tonight. Vincent was a trooper signing almost 150 autographs and pictures for people that worked in the courthouse. He is such a nice movie star. lol! Not to mention a great bro. Always here for his family. Well, back to work, now. Have a great day!

This is wonderful news. I am glad that this turned out the way you all were hoping.

Family

As they enter the room with spirits entwined,
They are a family, uniquely combined.

The warmth they share seems to fill them with pride,
They are a family, they stand side by side.

It doesn’t just happen spontaneously,
This family so close, emotionally.

They live and they love, always showing they care,
Through good times and bad, together they share.

And now at this time, so happily rejoicing,
Expressing so clearly the love they’re endorsing.

They stand as a family. and always shall be,
Like links of a chain, like leaves on a tree.

Connected by feelings of love, they all know,
Filled with trust and respect,
Through the years as they grow.

Family

There’s a special kind of closeness that only families know,
That begins with childhood trust and deepens as you grow.
There’s a special kind of happiness in sharing little things,
The laughter, smiles and quiet talks that daily living brings.

There’s a special kind of comfort in knowing your family’s there,
To back you up, to cheer you up, to understand and care, -
Of all the treasures life may bring, your family means the most,
And whether near or far apart, that love will hold you close.

You're fortunate that your family could come together for this. I'm happy that everything turned out so well.

Judging comments from people who have met him, your brother is a very gracious man to his fans. I don't know if I would have the temerity to bother him for an autograph when he's on "family time." Although I might stare, dumbstruck, for a few moments!

I hope everything is going well with the Karaoke Junkies. I look forward to seeing it!

I am very happy to hear things worked out in your familys favor. And thank you Heather for the lovely Poem on Family some times we need to be drawn back together to remember from where we came and our strenghts once they are compiled.

Hi Elizabeth,

I met Vincent (thru a mutual friend of his) during the hearing. We 3 spent about 45 mins talking... especially about New York city since we are the same age. I am currently "on the job" in Lee County. He was very kind. I am thrilled about the outcome of your case. I have 2 minor speaking credits thus far...what fun! You may visit my facebook at http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/profile.php?id=1115151859. Be safe always.

Hi Michael,

Sorry I missed meeting you I had to work that morning. Then got back to the Courthouse after lunch. I tried to send you a message on Facebook, but there is no message button or friend button. Let me know where I can send a more personal message.
Thanks
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth. I'm so happy that everything worked out so well for your family. Soleil is very lucky to have all of you to love her and raise her up right. I met your brother last July after the GGG benefit show at Joe's Pub and he was so gracious and sweet. Judging by him, I can tell that you all come from a wonderful family. God bless!
